Refund policy

We want you (and the kids opening these boxes) to love every squishy. If something isn't right:

- Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange
- If your order arrives damaged or something seems off, contact us right away with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund, no questions asked
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item

Since we're a small, home-based business, every return is handled personally by our family — so thank you for your patience if it takes us a day or two to get back to you!
